TechSoup connects civil society organizations around the world to the resources they need to design and implement technology solutions for a more equitable planet.
Over 30 years, we have built the world's largest network of nonprofit organizations serving their communities, corporations striving for social impact, foundations recognizing the transformation happening in the sector, and individual supporters who want to take action.
But we have to do more.
That's why we're raising $11.5 million over the next three years. This will allow us to increase the resources distributed globally from $1.995 billion last year to $4.8 billion by 2021. We'll increase our reach to serve 1.7 million organizations around the world. For every $100 invested, we will distribute over $47,000 of additional resources to the nonprofit sector.
Whether it's providing food to people who need it, helping young people learn to code, or supporting communities after a disaster, civil society organizations bring people together to make an impact on the issues they care about the most.
Together, let's support them and build a more equitable planet.
Join us in providing the support that allows civil society to transform communities around the world.
The TechSoup Partner Network works with organizations around the world in support of civil society.
TechSoup's global network reaches more than one million nonprofits worldwide and annually distributes more than $2 billion worth of technology, knowledge and other critical resources each year. This is powered in part by grants and donations from foundations and individual supporters. Your gift will further activate this network, funding operations that support a global community of changemakers fighting to make the world a more equitable place.
For the first time in our history, we are offering our community the opportunity to invest in TechSoup through a Direct Public Offering (DPO) in the U.S. We believe that TechSoup is a critical resource that bridges the gap between corporations and the nonprofit sector, and that people of all economic backgrounds who share that belief should be able to invest in our mission and our sustainability. We also believe that TechSoup should offer a return on these investments. A DPO allows us to offer both accredited and non-accredited U.S. investors the ability to invest as little as $50, with annual interest rates ranging from 2 percent to 5 percent, depending on investment size.
TechSoup also seeks to partner with foundations and financial institutions in order to secure the growth capital we need. This group of investors can help fund our mission to support civil society on a global scale by providing a Program Related Investment (PRI), an operating support grant, or offering a direct or syndicated loan.
