Now that you have that refurbished hardware, here are resources to help you make the most of your refurbished computers, including troubleshooting, hardware upgrades, and end-of-life resources.

After you request your RCI hardware, TechSoup will send you a fulfillment email with information on shipping times, warranties, recycling, and more.

For additional support, you can contact InterConnection support, PCRR support, or PCs for People Support, depending on which refurbisher partner provided your hardware.

Do-It-Yourself Troubleshooting for Windows Computers

If your RCI hardware is not working as it should and is within the warranty period, check the partner support links above to get more information about how to troubleshoot the problem.

If your warranty has expired, read our comprehensive guide to help troubleshoot some of the most common problems.

Free End-of-Life Recycling for Your Refurbished Computer

When your computer reaches the end of its useful life, don't just throw it away. Recycling recovers valuable raw materials from used computers and ensures that any waste is disposed of in an environmentally sound fashion. Refurbished hardware obtained through TechSoup comes with a take-back guarantee, so you can dispose of your computer the green way.
