Kenneth Li is a Product Manager for the Crystal Reports team with more than 12 years of experience in the BI industry. He started his career with Crystal Decisions in 2000 as a software tester. Prior to his current role as a Product Manager, he held various leadership positions as a technical team lead for many parts of the Crystal Reports product, and as an engineering engagement contact for Crystal Reports customers.

Jaclyn Churcher is a Product Manager for the Crystal Reports team with more than 11 years of experience in BI. She started her career with Crystal Decisions in 2001 as a Technical Support representative. Prior to her current role as Product Manager, Jaclyn has worked in a variety of roles building content for internal projects, and also worked as a consultant implementing products and delivering training for customers.
