	How to Order



	Go to http://www.techsoup.org/Stock/ and log in using your MyTechSoup User ID and password. If you have not already done so, you must become an authorized agent for your organization. (See Password Help for instructions.) Select the items you wish to order. Click "View Cart & Check Out", and follow the steps in the Check Out process. Complete the Check Out process. You will know your order is in our system when you receive a page giving your Order Confirmation Number. back to top


	Checking the status of your order



	Our order status function is only real time for some transactions. At present, our system does not provide accurate statusing for backordered items. Updates that happen on a batch basis will be updated once a day before 3 PM. Please allow sufficient time for order processing before checking status. Go to http://www.techsoup.org/Stock/ and log in using your personal MyTechSoup User ID and password . If you have not already done so, you must become an authorized agent for your organization. 	You may browse our online catalog or, if you prefer, you may also download a print version of our quarterly catalog. This downloadable catalog is updated quarterly. Please be sure to verify product availability and prices through our online catalog before completing the order form.
