First Come, First Served
Organizations can expect TechSoup Limited products to go out of stock quickly. They should therefore place their donation requests promptly because the products will probably not be available again once the supplies are gone. Requests will be fulfilled in the order that payment of the administrative fee is received, provided the organization is registered and qualified (see How To Use TechSoup to get started).
A product's availability status is an indicator of how much remains to be donated. Limited Availability means that it is running low. Out of Stock means that none is left. The availability status appears both in the list of TechSoup Limited products and on the individual product page.

Restrictions
Many TechSoup Limited products are available to all nonprofits or public libraries registered at TechSoup and compliant with our anti-discrimination policy. However, some products might have additional restrictions. For example, a partner donating services might require that the recipient organization be located in the donor's service area. When there are additional restrictions, they are included in the product description. Please read it carefully.
Choose Carefully
The administrative fee for TechSoup Limited products is not refundable, and the products cannot be returned or exchanged.
