1. "Stop Spam Today!" includes educational content and resources in addition to a free software offer. Each week, TechSoup will address a key spam topic to help you learn about — and prevent — spam. All of this information is accessible in TechSoup's Spam Prevention Toolkit section at www.techsoup.org/toolkits/spam.
2. In the last 24 hours of the campaign, on December 6, eligible nonprofits and public libraries can order free anti-spam desktop software donated by Mailshell on TechSoup Stock, the product distribution service of TechSoup.

Step 1: Join MyTechSoup. If you are already a MyTechSoup member, log in.

Step 2: Register your organization. Please make sure to write down your organization ID and password, once you have created them. Note: Your organization ID and password are different from your MyTechSoup personal ID and password.

Step 3: Download and complete the TechSoup Stock Qualification Form. Please fax your completed form, along with the requested eligibility documentation, to 1-415-633-9444. Your registration will be confirmed via e-mail once documentation has been received.

You may fax this documentation to us after the Giveaway ends on December 6, but please be sure to place your order for the free software before midnight Pacific Time, December 6. Because we expect such a high volume of incoming faxes on 12/6, please do not call to confirm that we have received your fax. We expect it will take up to one business week to process the requested qualification documentation. We will send you a reminder about the campaign prior to December 6.

1. Log in with your TechSoup ID and password, or join Join MyTechSoup if you do not already have a TechSoup account.
2. Click "Register My Organization" in the "Manage My Account" section on the top left-hand side of the screen.
3. Enter your organization's country, tax ID status, and tax ID number, then click "Continue."
   • If your organization is not listed on the next screen, then your organization has not been fully registered. Fill out the form to complete the registration.
   • If the organization IS listed, select it.
   • If you are taken to a partially filled out registration form, it means the organization is not fully registered. Fill out the form to complete the registration.
   • If you are set up as an authorized agent for the organization's account, you will see the message "This organization/school has already been registered for you. Thank You."
   • If you are presented with a screen that asks you to enter an organization ID and password, click "show authorized agents" to view the names of those who are currently authorized to place orders on the account. Those persons should have the organization ID and password, which you will need to enter in order to become authorized on the account.
   • If you are unable to obtain the organization ID and password from any of the authorized agent(s) listed under your organization's account, see the FAQ "What do I do if I have lost the organization ID and password?" below.

1. Join MyTechSoup, if you have not already done so. (If you are already a TechSoup member, log in using your personal TechSoup user ID and password and proceed to step #3 below.) To join MyTechSoup, click "Join" in the upper right corner of this page. When the page loads, scroll down to the form entitled "Join MyTechSoup," fill out the requested information, and click the "Join" button. Be sure to make note of your User ID and password, as you will need these to log in again in the future.
2. Click "Register My Organization" in the "Manage My Account" section on the top left-hand side of the screen.
3. Enter your organization's country, tax ID status, and tax ID number, and click "Continue."
4. On the next page, click your organization's name.
5. Enter the organization ID and password, and your job title.
6. Click the Authorize button. You will then be returned to a page that says: "You have been authorized to purchase for [your organization name] ..."

If you are unable to obtain the organization ID and password from any of the authorized agent(s) listed under your organization's account, send an e-mail with the following information to info@techsoup.org:

Note: The organization ID and password are NOT used for logging in. The organization ID and password are needed to set up additional persons in your organization as authorized agents on the organization account. In order to be able to place orders, each person will still need to create a MyTechSoup login account for him/herself, and follow the steps for becoming an authorized agent for that organization.
