About GiftWorks Volunteers
The GiftWorks Volunteers add-in expands the functionality of GiftWorks Standard fundraising software by allowing users to manage a range of volunteer information. GiftWorks Volunteers tracks extensive information for each volunteer job, including job description, status, job manager, hours volunteered by date and by volunteer, required or desired skills, and assigned volunteers.
A copy of GiftWorks Standard is required to use the GiftWorks Volunteers add-in.
Eligibility
- This special offer is available to U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofits, schools, and public libraries.
- Organizations must have annual operating budgets of $250,000 or less.
- Even if you've received a GiftWorks product through TechSoup in the past, you may still participate in this special offer and request one or both promotional products
Except for these changes during the special offer, GiftWorks' regular eligibility restrictions still apply.
Important Notes for Participating in This Special Offer
- Visit TechSoup and place your request between July 22 at 8 a.m. Pacific time (11 a.m. Eastern time) and July 23 at 4 p.m. Pacific time (7 p.m. Eastern time). If you plan to participate in this special offer, do not put any GiftWorks products in your shopping cart before the promotion begins.
- Each organization may not request more than one copy each of GiftWorks Standard and GiftWorks Volunteers during this promotion.
- A copy of GiftWorks Standard is required to use the GiftWorks Volunteers add-in.
- To receive the promotional product, organizations must complete TechSoup Stock's qualification process, provide payment, and have their request fulfilled within three months of the promotion (by October 22, 2009).
