- Organizations may request subscription renewals through TechSoup Stock for two products only.
- An organization may obtain up to 50 licenses per product, and for a maximum of two products (up to 100 licenses in all).
- This item is a subscription renewal only, not an upgrade to the next version of this product.
- A renewal can be applied to a subscription that has already expired or to a subscription that is in its 11th or 12th month of activity. A renewal can NOT be applied to an active subscription that is less than 10 months old.
- This donation is available to nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation and to public libraries. Public libraries must either have valid 501(c)(3) nonprofit status or be listed in the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) database.
- Eligible organizations must have an annual operating budget of no more than $10 million.
- This donation will not be made available to organizations that support political parties and/or candidates.
- This donation will not be made available to religious organizations, except that religious organizations requesting software for use in secular community service programs are eligible to receive donations.
- Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
- Symantec products may not be transferred or resold.
