Description
More than 200 reports are built into Premier Accounting, including Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Customer Ledger, and Cash Flow Analysis.
Premier Accounting can be set up to work in a peer-to-peer network. Data is stored in a single company file, which is stored on a host computer. From there, it can be accessed across the network by other workstations. A user on the host computer can also access the company file.
This donation includes one user license. If needed, additional user licenses are available directly from MYOB at retail prices. On a network, each additional workstation must have its own user license.
Premier Accounting includes 30 days of free phone and email support. After this, MYOB's Complete Support Plan is available for purchase directly from MYOB at monthly or annual rates. In addition, the MYOB Web site includes a discussion board and answers to frequently asked questions.
Features
- Forms such as checks and invoices can be customized with lines, layout, and graphics.
- The Payroll Easy Setup Assistant manages tax tables, payroll year, employee cards, and other information. The Process Payroll Assistant streamlines payroll with a four-step system.
- Statements, invoices, and quotes can be emailed from within Premier Accounting, either in batches or individually.
- Recurring transactions can be set up to be recorded automatically or for notification of due dates.
- Contact files can be synchronized between Premier Accounting and Microsoft Outlook. The Reminder Log displays reminders for a selected contact.

Restrictions
- One MYOB donation request may be fulfilled within a fiscal year (July 1 to June 30).
- This donation is available to nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation and to public libraries. Public libraries must either have valid 501(c)(3) nonprofit status or be listed in the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) database.
- Eligible organizations must have an annual operating budget of $5 million or less.
- Organizations that already own any MYOB product are not eligible for this donation.
- Donated products will be distributed under this program to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
- Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
- MYOB products may not be transferred or resold.
