Extend the value of Crystal Reports XI with crystalreports.com, a new Web-based report-sharing platform. Organizations can use their Crystal Reports XI key code to sign up for the complimentary Basic service plan and share up to 60 reports among 10 users over the Web.
Downloading the Crystal Reports XI Installation File
When your order has been approved, an email will be sent to your organization email address containing a license key and download instructions.
Be aware that the Crystal Reports installation file is 760 MB and might take a long time to download. Business Objects estimates download times as 2.5 hours for T1 connections and 10.4 hours for 256-Kbps connections. Download time can be affected by factors such as Internet traffic at the time of download and local LAN configuration and congestion.

Restrictions
- Eligible organizations may request the following from SAP Business Objects:
- Four SAP Business Objects software products per fiscal year (July 1 – June 30)
- Two SAP Business Objects training modules per fiscal year (July 1 – June 30)
- One three-year, ten-user crystalreports.com license per three-year period
- This donation is available only to nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation.
- Donated products will be distributed to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
- SAP Business Objects products are not available for distribution to educational institutions (including K-12 schools, colleges, universities, and trade schools), libraries, organizations that support political parties or candidates, religious organizations (except for those with a secular community designation), professional associations, labor/fraternal associations, professional sports groups, hospitals or hospital support, nursing homes, health care provider associations or registries, health insurance, scientific research (except for research of diseases or other medical research), or conferences.
- This donation is available only to organizations with an annual operating budget of under $10 million.
- Donation recipients must be willing and able to provide information to SAP Business Objects for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial on this product.
- Organizations must abide by the terms and conditions outlined in the SAP Business Objects Software License and Related Services Agreement.
- Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
- SAP Business Objects products may not be transferred or resold.
