Crystalreports.com Professional Edition

With the Web-based crystalreports.com report-sharing service, organizations can make their reports available for up to ten people to view on the Web from anywhere in the world, whether or not they have Crystal Reports installed on their computers. One user is designated as an administrator. That person uploads reports and adds the names and email addresses of the people with whom the reports should be shared. These users are automatically emailed a link to the reports.

There is no limit to the number of shared reports. Total storage space cannot exceed 5 GB.

Organizations might not need the Professional Edition offered here. The Starter Edition of crystalreports.com, available for free at the crystalreports.com website, has all the features of the Professional edition, but the total number of users is limited to three, and the total number of reports is limited to 10, using no more than 50 MB of storage space.

This donation is for one three-year, ten-user license. The organization can change the names of the licensed users as needed. Additional user licenses can be obtained directly from SAP either one at a time or in groups of ten at the regular rate of $29.95 a month per user.
