ScheduleAnywhere online scheduling software makes it possible to schedule employees and volunteers from any computer with a Web browser. Managers, employees, and volunteers can view and print schedules online, as well as submit time-off requests.
ScheduleAnywhere allows an unlimited number of custom schedules, for example, a schedule for each location or department or for each position, shift, or special event. Schedules can include staffing requirements for particular periods and show instantly onscreen whether too few or too many employees are scheduled at those times. Schedules can be printed by employee, position, shift, department, or location and for any time frame.
This donation consists of a one-year subscription for up to 250 scheduled workers at any one time. Organizations can renew expired subscriptions directly from Atlas Business Solutions at a 50 percent discount from their standard rate of $19.95 a month for the first 25 people scheduled and $0.50 a month for each additional person. This donation includes 90 days of free customer support, after which the rate is $35 a call.

Restrictions
- Donated product will be distributed under this program to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
- One Staff Manager donation and one Visual Staff Scheduler donation may be requested within a fiscal year (July 1 to June 30).
- One ScheduleAnywhere donation may be requested per organization. After the one-year subscription expires, it can be renewed at a reduced cost through Atlas Business Solutions, not through TechSoup Stock.
- This donation is available to nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation and to public libraries. Public libraries must either have valid 501(c)(3) nonprofit status or be listed in the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) database.
- This software will not be made available to organizations that support political parties or candidates.
- This software will not be made available to religious organizations, except that religious organizations requesting software for use in secular community service programs are eligible to receive donations.
- Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
