What do I do if I forget my My TechSoup login or password?
To receive a reminder about your My TechSoup login ID and password, go to the Password Reminder Page and, in the space provided, enter the e-mail address you used when you registered with My TechSoup. The system will look up the username and password associated with the e-mail address you have entered.
If you have multiple accounts under the e-mail address you entered, you will be asked to choose the account at which you would like to receive the reminder.
What do I do if I don't have my organization ID and password?
If you are unable to obtain the organization ID and password from any of the authorized agent(s) listed under your organization's account, send an e-mail with the following information to techsoupstock-info@techsoup.org:

Note: The organization ID and password are NOT used for logging in. The organization ID and password are needed to set up additional persons in your organization as authorized agents on the organization account. In order to be able to place orders, each person will still need to create a My TechSoup login account for him/herself, and follow the steps for becoming an authorized agent for that organization.
How can I check to see if my organization is already registered on TechSoup Stock?
You can find out whether or not your organization is registered on TechSoup Stock, as well as who is authorized to place orders on the account, by following these steps:
Log in with your TechSoup ID and password, or join TechSoup if you do not already have a TechSoup account.
Click "Register My Organization" in the "Manage My Account" section on the top left-hand side of the screen.
Enter your organization's country, tax ID status, and tax ID number, then click "Continue."
If your organization is not listed on the next screen, then your organization has not been fully registered. Fill out the form to complete the registration.
If the organization IS listed, select it.
If you are taken to a partially filled out registration form, it means the organization is not fully registered. Fill out the form to complete the registration.
If you are set up as an authorized agent for the organization's account, you will see the message "This organization/school has already been registered for you. Thank You."
If you are presented with a screen that asks you to enter an organization ID and password, click "show authorized agents" to view the names of those who are currently authorized to place orders on the account. Those persons should have the organization ID and password, which you will need to enter in order to become authorized on the account.

Which user ID and password should be used to log in to TechSoup?
Use your My TechSoup User ID and password when you want to order software. If you have already joined My TechSoup and completed the organization registration step, you will automatically be recognized as an authorized agent of your organization when you log in to My TechSoup using your personal TechSoup User ID and password. You will not be required to enter the organization ID and password.
What are the organization ID and password used for?
The organization ID and password are used to identify who is authorized to place orders for an organization.
How do I become an authorized agent for an organization that has already been registered on TechSoup Stock?
Join My TechSoup, if you have not already done so. (If you are already a TechSoup member, login using your personal TechSoup User ID and password and proceed to step #3 below.) To join My TechSoup, click "Join" in the upper right corner of this page. When the page loads, scroll down to the form entitled "Join My TechSoup," fill out the requested information, and click the "Join" button. Be sure to make note of your User ID and password, as you will need these to log in again in the future.
Click "Register My Organization" in the "Manage My Account" section on the top left-hand side of the screen.
Enter your organization's country, tax ID status, and tax ID number, and click "Continue."
On the next page, click your organization's name.
Enter the organization ID and password, and your job title.
Click the Authorize button. You will then be returned to a page that says: "You have been authorized to purchase for [your organization name] ...".
How do I change my organization password?
Click "login" at the top right-hand corner of the screen, and log in using your personal My TechSoup User ID and password.
Click on the Edit organization Profile link under "Manage My Account" on the top of the left-hand navigation bar.
Click on the name of your organization.
Enter a new password on the form in the space indicated. You will also be required to enter the old password where indicated.
How do I edit my personal profile?
Click "login" at the top right-hand corner of this screen, under the TechSoup Stock tab.
Sign in with your My TechSoup User ID and Password
When the page loads, click on the green "Edit Personal Profile" link in the center of the black bar (to the far left of the green "logout" link that appears in the upper right hand corner of the page.)
Make the desired changes to the form and click the "Update" button at the bottom of the screen.
