The Cisco Donation Program is expanding eligibility in order to more closely align Cisco’s product donations with Cisco’s giving philosophy which focuses on building strong and productive global communities in which every individual has the means to live, the opportunity to learn, and the chance to give back. Additional nonprofits focused on basic human need services such as affordable housing and supplying goods and services to the poor will now be eligible provided they also meet other participation guidelines as outlined in the Cisco eligibility requirements. Recent changes to eligibility are also intended to standardize Cisco's U.S. and International donation programs. Please note that eligibility criteria are evaluated and may be modified on a quarterly and annual basis.
Orders may be partially fulfilled: Due to the nature of the network design, product availability, and fiscal year schedules, all product donations are subject to change or delay without notice. Cisco reserves the right to substitute functionally equivalent products for any request or order.
Note that all donation recipients will still
receive five years of Cisco SMARTnet product
service and support at no additional cost (Linksys products not included). For
more details, see the SMARTnet
FAQ.

The Cisco Donation Program is designed to provide access to networking
technology for small, community-based organizations. In particular,
Cisco supports certain types of health-service support organizations
and community services that mainly serve the poor. Although it is
unable to donate to schools or school-based programs at this time,
Cisco does support nonprofits that improve basic proficiency levels
for underserved populations within the context of education, job training,
and literacy.
All Cisco orders are subject to approval. Check
the Cisco
eligibility requirements to see if your
organization meets the guidelines for participation.
