Cisco Donation Program

Cisco Systems is pleased to partner with TechSoup Stock to donate an assortment of wired and wireless networking hardware products to the nonprofit community.
Please consult the Cisco eligibility requirements to determine if your organization is eligible to participate in the Cisco program. Eligible organizations can request one donation of Cisco products per fiscal year (July 1 - June 30) with administrative fees totaling up to $1200 – up to a $15,000 retail value in all.
Donation recipients receive five years of Cisco SMARTnet product service and support at no additional cost.
For complete information on the benefits of the Cisco Donation Program, please see our detailed Cisco Donation Program Page. You might also want to review the Cisco FAQ for answers to common questions about the Cisco Donation Program.
All Cisco donation requests are subject to approval and may take up to 12 weeks for complete fulfillment. Product availability may cause products in the same request to be shipped separately.
Requests may be partially fulfilled: Due to the nature of the network design, product availability, and fiscal year schedules, all product donations are subject to change or delay without notice. Cisco reserves the right to substitute functionally equivalent products for any request or order.
If you require any further assistance, or your donation hasn't fully arrived after 12 weeks, please call our TechSoup Stock customer service line at (800) 659-3579 x700 or email us at cisco@techsoup.org.
Cisco Takeback and Recycle Program:
Cisco is a green company. Donated Cisco products that are no longer useful or have reached their end of life can be returned to Cisco through the Takeback and Recycle program.
Do Not Combine with Other Requests:
If your organization is requesting Cisco and non-Cisco products, you must place a separate request for the non-Cisco items.
