Cisco Donation Program
Cisco Systems is pleased to partner with TechSoup Stock to donate an assortment of networking hardware products to the nonprofit community. Eligible organizations may select from a variety of wired and wireless products.
For complete information on the benefits of the Cisco Donation Program, please see our detailed Cisco Donation Program Page. You might also want to review the Cisco FAQ for answers to common questions about the Cisco Donation Program.
Notes:
- As of December 5, 2008, organizations must have an annual budget of no more than $7,500,000 (your organization's most recent total revenue as reported on your IRS 990 or other tax form).
- Recipients of Cisco donations must satisfy all other participation guidelines as outlined in the Cisco eligibility requirements. Each organization must have a unique Employer Identification Number (EIN).
- An organization may receive no more than one donation of Cisco products per fiscal year (July 1 – June 30) with administrative fees totaling up to $800 — up to a $10,000 retail value in all.
- Donation recipients receive five years of Cisco SMARTnet product service and support at no additional cost (Linksys products not included).
All Cisco orders are subject to approval and may take up to 8 weeks for complete fulfillment. Product availability may cause products in the same order to be shipped separately.
Orders may be partially fulfilled: Due to the nature of the network design, product availability, and fiscal year schedules, all product donations are subject to change or delay without notice. Cisco reserves the right to substitute functionally equivalent products for any request or order.
If you require any further assistance, or your order hasn't fully arrived after 8 weeks, please call our TechSoup Stock customer service line at (800) 659-3579 x700 or email us at cisco@techsoup.org.
Cisco Takeback and Recycle Program:
Cisco is a green company. Donated Cisco products that are no longer useful or have reached the end of life can be returned to Cisco through the Takeback and Recycle program.
Please note: If your organization is requesting Cisco and non-Cisco products, you must place a separate order for the non-Cisco items.
