Description

This VolunteerConnect assessment is a consultation service to assess whether an organization can benefit from using Tech Impact's cloud-based software to manage volunteers. Read more about VolunteerConnect at the official website.

This offer provides an assessment and waived setup fee if you decide to migrate to VolunteerConnect. It does not provide the VolunteerConnect service itself.

About VolunteerConnect from Tech Impact

If you decide to sign up for VolunteerConnect through Tech Impact following this consultation, it could help your organization to:

  • Manage volunteers from anywhere: The cloud-based system allows you to manage volunteers from any computer with an Internet connection.
  • Save time with a self-service web portal: Volunteers can access your customized web portal to search and sign up for new volunteer opportunities, log their times, view their volunteer history, update their contact information, and more.
  • Connect with volunteers: Automated email tools and social media integration allows you to stay connected with volunteers.
  • Report on volunteer activities: Track individuals, groups, or volunteer interest areas and create custom reports on volunteers. Reports can be exported to Excel.
  • Learn how to better manage volunteers: If you subscribe, your organization will receive access to VolunteerConnect's ongoing education services, including webinars and extensive end-user documentation.

Organizations That Could Benefit from This Assessment

Your organization is under no obligation to Tech Impact to subscribe to VolunteerConnect once the consultation is complete.

If your organization decides to subscribe to VolunteerConnect through this offer, Tech Impact will waive the $400 basic setup fee.

Typical service fees start at $150 per month for managing an unlimited number of volunteers.
