Visual Staff Scheduler Pro is scheduling software that can be used for either employees or volunteers. Managers can create schedules by shift, position, department, or location; monthly calendars; daily rosters; time-off reports; and estimated labor cost reports for any time frame. Completed schedules can be printed, published in PDF format, or emailed.

Other capabilities include the following:

• Employees can be assigned attributes such as skills, training, or certifications to ensure that the appropriate personnel are working.
• Employee profiles, photos, and contact information can be viewed from within the software.
• The software can track how many vacation days and sick time an employee has taken and also show how many times an employee has been scheduled a particular shift.
• Schedules and shift patterns can be rotated or copied, saving time in the scheduling process.
• Each schedule view displays the total number of hours scheduled by an employee, allowing managers to reduce overtime.

When your request has been approved, your product will be shipped from the TechSoup warehouse.

• Donated product will be distributed under this program to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
• One Staff Manager donation, one Visual Staff Scheduler donation, and one Ultimate Financial Forecaster donation may be requested within a fiscal year (July 1 to June 30).
• This donation is available to nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation and to public libraries. Public libraries must either have valid 501(c)(3) nonprofit status or be listed in the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) database.
• This software will not be made available to organizations that support political parties or candidates.
• Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
• Atlas Business Solutions products may not be transferred or resold.
