Description

Technology Adviser is a technology consulting service from Tech Impact that provides organizations with technology advice and product recommendations. It consists of up to one hour of phone consultation with a nonprofit technology expert at Tech Impact, followed by an email summary of the consultation.

About Technology Adviser from Tech Impact

Here are some questions you might ask a Tech Impact technology expert during a phone consultation:

  • How can I make sure that my organization's data is secure?
  • Would it be better for my organization to use an on-premises or cloud-based backup solution?
  • Would my organization save money if it switched to a cloud-based service like Office 365?
  • What types of data should my organization back up to the cloud?
  • When should I consider making changes to my organization's network setup?

If you need additional research or assistance beyond one hour of consultation, Tech Impact will provide you with a written quote for additional advisory work by email. This service provides advice only and does not cover IT help desk functions like desktop troubleshooting. It also does not include support or advice for website design or implementing website technologies.
