The Sennheiser OfficeRunner is a wireless headset system for use with office phones and computers. This lightweight headset features a 400-foot range and a 12-hour battery life. It can be worn on top of the head or over the ear, and on either side.

The OfficeRunner is compatible with 98 percent of all corded office phones but not with cordless phones. It features 64-bit digital signal encryption to keep calls private, a noise-canceling microphone, and protection against sudden spikes in sound volume.

Each headset includes a deskphone adapter/charger, an AC charger, an RJ9 connector cord for use with an office phone, three earloops, a headband, and a USB cord for use with a PC or Mac.

This open box headset might have been a short-term display model or might have been unpacked and returned. All headsets are in like-new condition and have been tested on live phone calls to ensure functionality and cleanliness.

Each headset includes a two-year replacement warranty guaranteeing that it will be free from defects in materials or workmanship. Headsets.com will process all warranty inquiries and headset replacements.

Obtaining This Product

When your request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email from TechSoup. Your product will be delivered within five business days.

• Five products may be requested within a fiscal year (July 1 to June 30).
• This product is available to nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation and to public libraries. Public libraries must either have valid 501(c)(3) nonprofit status or be listed in the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) database.
• Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
• Headsets.com products may not be transferred or resold.
