This self-directed, web-based training course teaches novice Crystal Reports users how to design, explore, visualize, and deliver reports via the web or embedded in enterprise applications. For detailed information and a list of prerequisites, see the course description.

This donation provides up to three participants with access to the e-learning course SAP Crystal Reports: Fundamentals of Report Design (BOC315). The full course takes 10 hours and must be completed within six months after enrollment.

SAP E-Learning Capabilities

  • Online access: Participants can access courses from any location with Internet access. They can repeat courses as often as desired within six months of enrollment.
  • Performance tracking: Knowledge checks allow participants to test comprehension.
  • Interactive demonstrations: Step-by-step simulations demonstrate lessons or let participants try them interactively.

Rules, Eligibility and Restrictions

  • Donated products will be distributed to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
  • Eligible organizations may request four SAP software products and two SAP online training products per fiscal year (July 1 to June 30).
  • This donation is available to nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation and to public libraries. Public libraries must either have valid 501(c)(3) nonprofit status or be listed in the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) database.
  • SAP products are not available for distribution to organizations that support political parties or candidates, advocacy organizations, religious organizations (except for those with a secular community designation), certain social clubs, sports fundraising groups, and membership benefit organizations.
  • Donation recipients must be willing and able to provide information to SAP for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial on this product.
  • Organizations must agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in the SAP Software License Agreement.
  • Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
  • SAP products may not be transferred or resold.
