Description

Sage ACT! Pro 2013 is a contact management and productivity application for individuals and small groups. It can create a new contact database or connect to an existing SQL Server database.

This donation provides one user license. Additional user licenses are available directly from Sage at retail prices. Up to 10 users can work with an organization's data simultaneously, but each user must have a separate installation of the software as well as the corresponding user license.

Major Capabilities
  • Contact database: You can link contacts with calendars, tasks, and appointments and share the data with other users in a group. You can also connect contact history, status, reporting, document generation, and exporting capabilities.
  • Relationship history: You can attach documents and emails to contact records to provide a complete history of the relationship. You can also share schedules and projects with other Sage ACT! users and integrate with Outlook for other users in the organization without Sage ACT!
  • Scratchpad: Sage ACT! includes a virtual notepad for creating tasks and recording notes and contact information. It can also push tasks that require a follow-up directly to Sage ACT! and assign them to a contact.
  • Software integration: Sage ACT! includes built-in word processing, reporting, and mail merge features. It integrates with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Lotus Notes; social networking services such as Facebook and LinkedIn; and Google services like Gmail, Google Contacts, and Google Calendar. With an additional purchase, Sage ACT! can also synchronize with notebooks and mobile devices or integrate with various accounting software applications.

Rules, Eligibility and Restrictions

  • Donated product will be distributed under this program to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
  • One donation each of Sage ACT!, Sage 50 Nonprofit Accounting, and Sage Payment Solutions may be requested within a fiscal year (July 1 to June 30).
  • Only organizations with annual operating budgets of $500,000 or less are eligible to receive a donation of Sage ACT! or Sage 50 Nonprofit Accounting. There is no budget restriction for Sage Payment Solutions.
  • This donation is available to nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation and non-501(c)(3) public libraries. Public libraries must either have valid 501(c)(3) nonprofit status or be listed in the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) database.
  • Recipient organizations must be willing and able to provide information to Sage for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial on this program.
  • Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
  • Sage products may not be transferred or resold.
