QuickBooks Premier 2015 is accounting software that helps organizations manage essential financial tasks like paying bills, creating invoices, producing reports, and tracking expenses, contributions, and payments. It can be installed as a general business edition or as one of five industry-specific editions, including a nonprofit edition.

This donation provides one user license for QuickBooks Premier 2015. Over a network, up to five users can work with the organization's data at the same time. Each user must have both a user license and a separate installation of the same edition and version of QuickBooks. Organizations that require more than one license can request the three-user version through TechSoup or purchase licenses directly from Intuit.

Compatibility of QuickBooks Data with QuickBooks Versions

After you update your data to a new version of QuickBooks, you can't open it in a previous version. If you want an outside accountant to work with your data, the accountant must have an edition of QuickBooks released in the same year as yours.


QuickBooks includes 12 months of free telephone support from Intuit for issues related to downloading or installing the software. Other issues might require a one-time fee or purchase of a support plan.

Rules, Eligibility and Restrictions

  • Quantity: Employees may donate one license to one organization per fiscal year (August 1 to July 31).
  • Budget: Organizations with annual operating budgets of any size are eligible for products in this program.
  • Nonprofits only: Products in this program are available only to qualifying nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation.
  • Terms of service: Organizations that request Intuit products must agree to any applicable terms of service.
  • Intuit EPDP requests only: When requesting this product, do not place any other items in your cart.
  • Anti-discrimination policy: Organizations that engage in discrimination when offering or providing social services or in employment practices (hiring, compensation, training, promotion, termination, or retirement) on the basis of race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, disability, gender identity or expression, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, political affiliation, union membership, or veteran status, other than as allowed by law, are not eligible to participate in this program.
  • Product distribution:
    • Products will be distributed under this program only to qualifying organizations that have been nominated for a donation by an employee of Intuit, not to individuals.
    • Recipient organizations may not transfer or resell products distributed through the Intuit Employee Product Donation Program.
