This offer consists of a subscription to the Pitney Bowes pbSmartPostage online postal service. The cloud-based pbSmartPostage service allows any user with web access and a password to print mailing labels or stamps from a Windows computer. Mailing labels contain postage, address, and a bar code for tracking and can be printed on standard 4-inch by 6-inch label stock or plain paper. Stamps must be printed on pbSmartPostage Printable Postage Sheets. Two sheets of 25 blank stamps are provided with this offer; others can be purchased directly from Pitney Bowes at retail prices.

The pbSmartPostage service has access to discount rates for Priority Mail and Express Mail under the USPS Commercial Based Pricing program. Average savings are about 5 percent. Other supported mail services are Media Mail, First-Class Mail, and Parcel Post.

The service allows importing addresses from the user's address book, and an auto-correct feature standardizes the addresses to meet USPS requirements.

Renewals

The subscription is automatically renewed each year. It can be canceled at any time.

Billing

Pitney Bowes will require each organization to provide a credit card number that will be charged for postage and supplies.

• Recipients must agree to Pitney Bowes' terms and conditions.
• Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
