Atomic Training's software training collection includes more than 600 online video courses covering more than 140 software products from Microsoft, Adobe, Apple, Google, and more. This collection does not include Atomic Training's assistive technology training courses.

This donation provides a one-month subscription to Atomic Training's software training videos for one user. You must activate the subscription within three months after your donation request has been approved.

Continuing Service After One Month At the end of the month of this subscription, you can purchase a package of 20 one-year subscriptions directly from Atomic Training at a 75 percent discount. Each package costs $500.00, and you can purchase multiple packages. Atomic Training does not offer single-user subscriptions.
Current Subscribers Current Atomic Training subscribers may not add time to their subscriptions with this donation.
Multiple Requests You can request multiple subscriptions for multiple users, but each user can use only one one-month subscription.
Previewing Atomic Training

Atomic Training offers a 10-day free trial. Participants in this trial may request this product to add a month of access.

Nonsubscribers can preview some of the video tutorials in Atomic Training's list of courses. Tutorials that can be previewed are marked by a video camera icon in the course's table of contents, rather than a padlock icon.


Support on the Atomic Training site includes an FAQ, an email form, a getting started guide, and a video guide to the site. You can submit feedback on courses through their Contact Us page.

Rules, Eligibility and Restrictions

  • Quantity: Organizations may request either of the following but not both within a fiscal year (July 1 to June 30).
    • Up to 100 subscriptions for software training
    • Up to 50 subscriptions for both software training and assistive technology training
  • Budget: Organizations with annual operating budgets of any size are eligible for products in this program.
  • Nonprofits and libraries only: Products in this program are available only to qualifying nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation and to public libraries. Public libraries must either have valid 501(c)(3) nonprofit status or be listed in the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) database.
  • Organization types: The following organization types are not eligible to request products in this program.
    • Schools
    • Organizations that provide school-related activities
  • Existing customers: Organizations that already have an Atomic Training subscription are not eligible for products in this program.
  • Terms of service: Organizations that request Atomic Training products must agree to any applicable terms of service.
  • Anti-discrimination policy: Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
  • Case study: Recipient organizations must be willing and able to provide information to Atomic Training for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial on this program.
  • Product distribution:
    • Products will be distributed under this program to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
    • Recipient organizations may not transfer or resell Atomic Training products.
    • Organizations with missions that include workforce development, job skills training, worker retraining, youth empowerment, and similar missions may assign registration codes to the intended beneficiaries of their programs.
