npOffice is a consultation service from npCloud that assesses whether an organization or library can benefit from migrating to Microsoft's Office 365 cloud-based office and email platform. This offer provides:

• A telephone interview to assess the organization's communications environment, such as Google Apps or an on-premises Exchange server
• A detailed implementation proposal for migrating to the Office 365 platform if the assessment concludes that migrating will benefit the organization
• A pricing assessment to determine what nonprofit discounts may be available to an organization

The organization is under no obligation to npCloud to subscribe to Office 365 once the consultation is complete. npCloud doesn't guarantee that Microsoft will approve a discount for the organization as a result of requesting this consultation.

Rates and Service Details

As part of the assessment, npCloud will provide a quote for a one-time implementation fee for migrating to Office 365.

Major Capabilities

• Communications assessment: During the consultation, npCloud will analyze your current systems and how your organization communicates.
• Automatic configuration: After the consultation, if your organization decides to migrate to Office 365, npCloud will create the email accounts, shared mailboxes, and shared calendars for your organization.
• Quality assurance: Once the accounts are set up, npCloud will handle account configuration and testing, data migration, and user training.

Support

npCloud offers additional fee-based support after migration to Office 365 on a per-seat or per-month basis, depending on the number of seats and plan you choose.

npCloud also offers SharePoint-only support and custom development for the platform if you choose a plan that includes SharePoint. More support information is available on their website.

The administrative fee for this product is not refundable, and the product cannot be exchanged.

Obtaining This Product

Expect two emails. When your donation request has been approved, TechSoup will send a message to your organization email address with preliminary information about obtaining this product. Shortly after, the donor partner will send an email with information needed to complete the installation or activation.

• Donations will be distributed under this program to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
• Organizations may request as many npCloud donations as they need.
• This donation is available to organizations with operating budgets of any size.
• This donation is available to nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation.
• The following types of organizations are ineligible for npCloud donations:
• Governmental organizations or agencies.
• Educational institutions, including K-12 schools, colleges, universities, trade schools, public libraries, and public museums.
• Healthcare organizations and networks, including hospitals, specialty networks, ambulatory healthcare services, home healthcare and assisted living healthcare organizations, research organizations, and laboratories. Exceptions: Community health clinics, medical research groups, behavioral healthcare nonprofits, women's health centers, and blood banks are eligible to request this donation.
• Political, labor, and fraternal organizations; commerce and trade associations without charitable aims or activities; sponsorships of events, tables, exhibitions, or performances; fundraising events such as luncheons, dinners, walks, runs, or sports tournaments.
• Organizations that engage in discrimination in hiring, compensation, access to training, promotion, termination, and/or retirement based on race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, disability, gender identity or expression, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, political affiliation, union membership, or veteran status, other than as allowed by law, are not eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
• npCloud products may not be transferred or resold.
