NetSuite TribeHR is a cloud-based Human Resources Information System (HRIS) management suite for recruiting and talent management.

This donation provides an initial one-year license for the NetSuite TribeHR Group package for 10 users. It also includes storage for data on up to 10 current employees.

Continuing Service After One Year

Three months before the end of the year of this subscription, a NetSuite account manager will contact you with a reminder to renew.

You may renew your subscription before it expires by requesting the TribeHR renewal product through TechSoup each year.

Existing Subscribers Ineligible This offer is not available to current or former TribeHR subscribers. If you previously obtained a TribeHR subscription through TechSoup, you must request the renewal product to continue service.

Additional Services If you need access for more than 10 current employees or additional features, contact NetSuite after requesting this donation at Organizations with annual revenues of less than $5 million qualify for an 80 percent discount. Larger organizations qualify for a 50 percent discount.
Prequalification Survey Required You'll need to fill out an online capacity survey during checkout if you request this donation. The survey is designed to verify that your organization has the capacity to use TribeHR. TechSoup will not approve donation requests from organizations that do not fill out the survey or do not have the capacity to use TribeHR. You can prepare for the capacity survey with these sample survey questions.


TribeHR offers customer service with this product. You can submit issues by email or online via TribeHR's Customer Access Portal.

Obtaining This Product

Before your request can be approved, you must fill out a capacity survey. The link to this survey will be provided during checkout. After you have submitted the survey, TechSoup may request additional information to verify that your organization has the resources to effectively use NetSuite.

When your request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email from TechSoup. This email will include a link to an online fulfillment form to complete. After this form has been completed, the donor partner will contact you to finalize your subscription.

Rules, Eligibility and Restrictions

  • Donated product will be distributed under this program to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
  • Each qualifying organization may receive only one of each initial subscription product ever. Organizations may receive one of each renewal subscription product per fiscal year (July 1 to June 30).
  • This donation is available to organizations with operating budgets of any size.
  • This donation is available to nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation and to public libraries. Public libraries must either have valid 501(c)(3) nonprofit status or be listed in the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) database.
  • This donation will not be made available to business and professional, farming, mutual, membership benefit, or legislative and political organizations.
  • Religious organizations without a secular community designation are not eligible to participate in this program. A secular designation is defined as an organization separate from the church or religious organization that provides services to people regardless of their religious beliefs and does not propagate a belief in a specific faith.
  • Recipient organizations must be willing and able to provide information to NetSuite for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial on this program.
  • Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
  • NetSuite products may not be transferred or resold.
