This Managed IT Support Assessment is a consultation service to evaluate whether an organization, foundation, or library can benefit from outsourcing its IT services to Tech Impact's remotely managed services. Managed IT Support includes proactive maintenance of desktops, laptops, and servers, cloud-based IT support, and a live help desk platform.
This offer provides a telephone interview to assess the organization's current IT environment. This interview is followed by a detailed implementation proposal including a pricing assessment of monthly rates for migrating to Managed IT Support. If your organization decides to subscribe to Managed IT Support, Tech Impact will waive up to $400 of the initial "onboarding" fee. Your organization is under no obligation to Tech Impact to subscribe to Managed IT Support once the consultation is complete.

Rates and Service Details
Migration to Managed IT Support requires signing a one-year service contract. Monthly service fees start at $30 per user, depending on your organizational needs.
The administrative fee for this product is not refundable, and the product cannot be exchanged.
Obtaining This Product
Expect two emails. When your donation request has been approved, TechSoup will send a message to your organization email address with preliminary information about obtaining this product. Shortly after, the donor partner will send an email with information needed to complete the installation or activation.
