More informations about this product

Description

Huddle is an online, cloud-based service offering enterprise-level collaboration tools, cloud content management, and team project and task management. This product provides an account with unlimited workspaces for up to 25 users.

Benefits for Organizations

Huddle provides a communication platform for people inside and outside the office to work together. It can also be used as a tool for collaborations between staff and a board of directors, staff and consultants, or among staff at separate office locations.

Major Capabilities of This Product
  • Collaboration: Team members can share text, images, and other content via whiteboards and store conversations from discussion boards. Huddle also offers a pay-as-you-go phone conferencing service (five cents per minute in the US).
  • Cloud content management: Each account includes 10 GB of file storage space. Any type or size of file, including documents, images, and videos, can be shared online, previewed within Huddle, or edited collaboratively within the team. Previous versions can also be accessed by reviewing the full version history of each file.
  • Team project management: Project deadlines and individual tasks can be tracked, assigned to teams or individuals, marked with status of completion, and filtered by status and due date. Files can also be attached to tasks.
Previewing Huddle

Organizations can preview Huddle by trying the interactive demonstration on the Huddle website. Important: Huddle asks potential donation recipients not to sign up for the free trials on its site. Trial accounts cannot be converted to accounts requested from TechSoup.

Support

This offer includes access to Huddle's online support resources, including interactive demos and manuals, but does not include live support or personal training.

Requesting Huddle

This donation is not available to existing Huddle customers. Each organization can only request one Huddle account, which will require an administrator.

Additional Users or Storage Available

Organizations that are interested in additional users or storage space are encouraged to contact Huddle directly at foundation@huddle.com to receive a 25 percent discount on subscriptions for nonprofit organizations in need of 26 or more users.
