HR Help Desk Support is a support service for organizations to get human resources guidance and advice by phone and email.
This offer provides two hours of support with human resources experts at HR Solutions Partners. Support hours will expire automatically six months after you request them. This offer is not available to existing HR Solutions Partners customers.
Benefits for Organizations
You can use this service to:
- Get answers to human resources questions on subjects like payroll, compensation, benefits, training, recruiting, retaining staff, and managing volunteers
- Comply with federal and state employment laws
- Obtain HR expertise on an as-needed basis if you don't have trained or dedicated HR staff
- Supplement and support existing internal HR staff without hiring additional employees
- Flexible support options: For phone support, you can use the two hours of support on a single call or several calls. You can divide the phone time across a maximum of eight consultation sessions with a 15-minute minimum per session. For email support, the time HR professionals spend on your issue will be deducted from the two hours, with a 15-minute minimum per email session.
- Form library: The HR Solutions Partners library of forms and letters includes documents for new hire processing, performance management, job descriptions, leaves of absence, employee termination, and more.
Requesting Additional Support Hours
This initial consultation can only be requested once. To add support hours, request the additional two- or four-hour products.
HR Solutions Partners provides additional discounts on employee handbooks, HR compliance assessments, harassment prevention training, contract services, and recruiting services for organizations that request Help Desk Support.
TechSoup cannot refund the administrative fee for this product, and you cannot exchange it.
Obtaining This Product
Expect two emails. When TechSoup approves your donation request, we will send a message to your organization email address with preliminary information about obtaining this product. Shortly after, the donor partner will send an email with information needed to complete the installation or activation.
