GiftWorks is fundraising and donor management software designed for nonprofits.

This donation licenses one user at an organization to use GiftWorks Standard on one computer.

Major Capabilities

• Data collection: You can capture critical and custom data, manage interactions, and schedule tasks. You can also keep your contact list current by synchronizing with Constant Contact.
• Donation tracking: You can track multiple donations and pledge payments for every donor, automate notifications and acknowledgments, assign donations to campaigns, and create funds for directed gifts.
• Report design: Standard reports include contact, gift and pledge, and statistical reports. Customizable reports allow you to gain insight into donor and donation information, giving trends, fundraising revenue, and donor segmentation.
• Donor segmentation: You can create SmartLists to segment donors and donations by various criteria for targeted mailings and customizable reports.
• Custom mailing: The built-in mail merge and international address formats help you solicit donors and send pledge letters, receipt letters, and updates. You can send and automatically record mailings as email or letters for each donor record.

Support

GiftWorks provides email support with this donation through support@giftworksconnect.com. The GiftWorks Support page provides links to other support resources like video tours and tutorials, print guides, and a customer-only community on LinkedIn. A support plan that includes phone support is available for an additional fee.

Multi-User Discounts

This donation may not be used to add users to a GiftWorks license. Organizations needing additional licensed users may contact sales@missionresearch.com for multi-user discounts.

When your donation request has been approved, TechSoup will send a message to your organization email address with instructions for obtaining and activating this product.

• Products will be distributed under this program to qualifying organizations, not to individuals.
• One item request may be fulfilled within a fiscal year — July 1 to June 30.
• An organization may use a donation request to upgrade its license to a new version of GiftWorks Standard, but only if the license was originally received through TechSoup.
• This donation may not be used to add users to a GiftWorks license.
• Only organizations with annual operating budgets of $50,000 or less are eligible to receive a GiftWorks product.
• This donation is available to nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation and to public libraries. Public libraries must either have valid 501(c)(3) nonprofit status or be listed in the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) database.
• Recipient organizations must be willing and able to provide information to GiftWorks for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial on this program.
• Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
• GiftWorks products may not be transferred or resold.
