Efficient Elements for presentations is an add-in for the Microsoft PowerPoint slideshow presentation program that provides tools for designing professional presentations in less time. Organizations can use the software's wizards, reusable elements, and other shortcuts to produce presentations with consistent branding and design.

Efficient Elements for presentations' Agenda Wizard allows organizations to structure presentations by adding agenda slides between topics that list speakers and agenda item durations. The Slide Wizard provides an interface for adding commonly used slide elements, such as organizational charts, company logos, or maps.

The software's Efficiency Tools simplify alignment of PowerPoint elements, sizing or formatting of shapes, and other tasks.

Users can save and access their most frequently used elements from the My Elements menu.

This donation provides a single user license that is valid for one year. A new license is needed each year. Separate licenses are needed for each Windows user account that accesses the software.

Organizations that have participated in the free trial for Efficient Elements for presentations, available on the Efficient Elements website, can request this product to activate their trial version.

Rules, Eligibility and Restrictions

  • Quantity: Organizations may request up to 100 products per fiscal year (July 1 to June 30).
  • Budget: Organizations with annual operating budgets of any size are eligible for products in this program.
  • Nonprofits and libraries only: Products in this program are available only to qualifying nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation and to public libraries. Public libraries must either have valid 501(c)(3) nonprofit status or be listed in the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) database.
  • Organization types: The following organization types are not eligible to request products in this program.
    • Scientific research organizations
    • Business and professional organizations
    • Mutual organizations
    • Advocacy groups
  • Terms of service: Organizations that request Efficient Elements products must agree to any applicable terms of service.
  • Anti-discrimination policy: Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive products in this program.
  • Case study: Recipient organizations must be willing and able to provide information to Efficient Elements for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial on this program.
  • Product distribution:
    • Products will be distributed under this program to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
    • Recipient organizations may not transfer or resell Efficient Elements products.
