In this donation, mindSHIFT Technologies will provide four hours of consulting services regarding an organization's server environment. The consultation will begin with a telephone interview and will result in a written analysis and an assessment of whether a cloudSHIFT virtual server could benefit your organization.

cloudSHIFT Server: Enterprise is a virtual server environment deployed, managed, and supported offsite by mindSHIFT. For more information, see the cloudSHIFT Server: Enterprise product page.

Organizations of any size may receive this service, whether they currently have a server or not. There is no preparatory work needed from the organization: all questions and issues will be addressed during the consultation. The organization is under no obligation to mindSHIFT once the consultation is complete.

Limited Eligibility

In addition to the standard TechSoup Limited restrictions, the following eligibility requirements apply to this donation:

• The organization may receive only one donated cloud services assessment ever.

Obtaining This Product

When your request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email from TechSoup. Then, within two business days, you will receive a phone call from mindSHIFT to set up your consultation.

Depending on the need for any additional research or clarifying questions, you will receive your written assessment by email in less than two business weeks after the consultation is complete.

This product is made available through the TechSoup Limited program. Because of the limited nature of this offering, the product will be available only while supplies last.

The administrative fee for this product is not refundable, and the product cannot be exchanged.

• Donated product will be distributed under this program to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
• This donation is available to nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation and to public libraries. Public libraries must either have valid 501(c)(3) nonprofit status or be listed in the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) database.
• Please read the product description carefully to see if there are eligibility limitations such as the location of the organization or a budget limit.
• Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
