ClickTime Basic is a web-based service that provides easy time tracking for all levels of employees. Users can enter time either directly online, or on their desktops for automatic upload when the user goes online. ClickTime users can export data to Excel or QuickBooks and make PDF files of any report.

Timekeepers will appreciate ClickTime Basic's straightforward time entry that requires absolutely no training. Managers have powerful yet simple control of workgroups, supported by various reports for billing, HR, and analysis. Administrators will utilize ClickTime's flexible billing rates, client/job lists, and international options.

ClickTime Basic features reports designed to be useful for every level of employee:

• High-level administrators have full access to all data and can run reports on employees, clients, jobs, and tasks.
• Mid-level managers have power as set by administrators, such as monitoring specific employee time entries and running billing or HR reports.
• Each individual timekeeper may choose a 16-day overview, a timesheet for any specified period, or a report showing days with less than minimum hours.

Obtaining This Product

Expect two emails. When your donation request has been approved, TechSoup will send a message to your organization email address with preliminary information about obtaining this product. Shortly after, the donor partner will send an email with information needed to complete the installation or activation.

• Donated product will be distributed under this program to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
• An organization may receive only one ClickTime donation ever. The donation can include up to a total of 50 licenses.
• Donations may not be used to renew existing ClickTime licenses.
• This donation is available to nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation and to public libraries. Public libraries must either have valid 501(c)(3) nonprofit status or be listed in the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) database
• Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
• ClickTime products may not be transferred or resold.
