Description

Business Plan Pro helps organizations create a business plan using a step-by-step wizard that walks planners through the entire process.

Benefits for Organizations

You can use Business Plan Pro's nonprofit option to create business plans or funding plans customized for your organization's unique needs. You can present your business plan to potential donors or funders to provide a professional overview of your organization's work and projects.

Major Capabilities
  • In-program instructions: The program offers in-depth instructions and examples for every step in creating the business plan. Video instructions are also available.
  • Business plan templates: You can use the software's more than 500 complete sample business plans as models for many different types of activities.
  • Standard formats: Business plans follow the preferred format of major lenders, investors, and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
  • Plan reviews: The Plan Review tool checks such aspects of the plan as realistic growth rates and manageable cash flow projections and highlights questionable areas.
  • Graphics: The software produces charts that feature customizable colors, headings, and 2D or 3D display.
  • Publishing options: You can export plans to Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and to Adobe PDF. You can also publish them to a password-protected website provided by Palo Alto Software.
