AccountEdge is financial management software for small or medium-sized organizations. In addition to basic features like banking, sales and expense tracking, and customer management, AccountEdge also helps organizations manage purchases and payables, inventory, and payroll.
More than 200 reports are built into AccountEdge, including Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Customer Ledger, and Cash Flow Analysis.

- Contact files can be synchronized between AccountEdge Pro for Windows and Microsoft Outlook. The Reminder Log displays reminders for a selected contact.
- The Payroll Easy Setup Assistant manages tax tables, payroll year, employee cards, and other information. The Process Payroll Assistant streamlines payroll with a four-step system.
- Statements, invoices, and quotes can be emailed from within AccountEdge, either in batches or individually.
- For large projects, organizations can bill progressively as the work proceeds or bill against a retainer.
- AccountEdge Mobile for iPhone and iPad is a free application that lets users enter transaction and sales data when they're away from the office and synchronize that data with the desktop and network versions of AccountEdge.

Networking
AccountEdge Pro for Windows can be set up to work in a peer-to-peer network. Data is stored in a single company file, which is stored on a host computer. From there, it can be accessed across the network by other workstations. A user on the host computer can also access the company file.
Licensing
This donation includes one user license. Each additional workstation on the network must have its own user license. Organizations can purchase licenses for up to 15 simultaneous users directly from Acclivity at retail prices.
