Description

Tableau Training and Support is introductory training and implementation support provided by Tech Impact for Tableau Desktop Professional software. Tableau Desktop Professional is software available through TechSoup that allows nonprofit organizations to visualize and explore their data.

This donation includes a one-hour online Tableau training session focused on the needs of nonprofits and a dedicated, one-on-one follow-up telephone session to answer questions specific to your data. Tech Impact may schedule your online training session to be shared with up to four other organizations.

About Tableau Training and Support from Tech Impact

Tableau Training and Support will help you to

  • Learn how to use Tableau
  • Understand how to go about exploring and visualizing your organization's data
  • Articulate your story by condensing complex stories into a single diagram

Organizations That Could Benefit from This Training

Your organization will benefit from this training if you want to get more insight into your data and communicate it to others. You can use Tableau interactive visualizations and dashboards to support grant requests, articulate your vision, or gain a new perspective on your organization's programs and services.

It is helpful but not required to have moderate to advanced expertise in data structures such as Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
