Description

This data management assessment is a consultation service to determine whether an organization can benefit from a consolidated cloud database built on the Salesforce CRM platform.

This offer provides a two-hour assessment for a managed migration to Salesforce through TechBridge. It does not provide either the migration service itself or access to the Salesforce CRM platform. See the Details and Service Costs tab for more information.

This consultation could help your organization to:

  • Learn whether Salesforce is right for your organization. TechBridge will assess your organization's current data management practices and provide advice on how to implement Salesforce.
  • Save time on migration and configuration. If you decide to migrate to Salesforce, TechBridge can help you migrate your existing data. TechBridge works only with nonprofit clients and can implement a predesigned or custom-developed Salesforce solution for your organization.
  • Save money on consultations. TechBridge's consulting and implementation rates are subsidized to provide nonprofits with a lower-cost option than typical Salesforce consultants provide.

Obtaining This Product

Expect two emails. When your donation request has been approved, TechSoup will send a message to your organization email address with preliminary information about this consultation. Shortly after, the donor partner will send an email with information about setting up the consultation.

Details and Service Costs

Assessment Details

This offer provides a maximum two-hour consultation.

It begins with a telephone interview and remote web conference to assess your organization's current data management setup. This interview is followed by a requirements gathering or implementation proposal, depending on your organizational needs. The proposal includes an assessment of TechBridge's migration fees.

Your organization is under no obligation to migrate to Salesforce — with TechBridge's assistance or otherwise — once the consultation is complete.

Typical Costs

If your organization decides to migrate to Salesforce through TechBridge, TechBridge charges subsidized rates for services. Salesforce bases its implementation fees on your organizational needs. A typical Salesforce migration starts at approximately $4,000.

Eligible nonprofits can receive donated Salesforce licenses for up to 10 users and discounted licenses for additional users from the Salesforce.com Foundation's Power of Us program. Read more about the Power of Us program on the Salesforce.com Foundation website.

Note that acquiring Salesforce and other third-party licenses are the responsibility of the organization, not TechBridge. TechBridge is not responsible for the functionality of any third-party product used in solution delivery.

Additional Services Available TechBridge offers ongoing Salesforce solution support and customization at subsidized rates through its Salesforce consulting group.

Rules, Eligibility and Restrictions

  • Quantity: Organizations may request an unlimited number of products.
  • Budget: Organizations with annual operating budgets of any size are eligible for products in this program.
  • Nonprofits only: Products in this program are available only to qualifying nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation.
  • Organization types: The following organization types are not eligible to request products in this program.
    • Business and professional organizations
    • Farming and related activities
    • Mutual organizations
    • Employee or membership benefit organizations
    • Most sports, athletic, recreational, and social activities
    • Legislative and political activities
    • Advocacy groups
    • Non-501(c)(3) public libraries
    • Religious organizations without a secular community designation. A secular designation is defined as an organization separate from the church or religious organization that provides services to people regardless of their religious beliefs and does not propagate a belief in a specific faith.
    • Certain other organizations
  • Existing customers: Organizations that already have a Vonage Business Solutions account are not eligible for products in this program.
  • Territories: Organizations in U.S. territories may not request products in this program.
  • Terms of service: Organizations that request TechBridge products must agree to any applicable terms of service.
  • Anti-discrimination policy: Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive products in this program.
  • Case study: Recipient organizations must be willing and able to provide information to TechBridge for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial on this program.
  • Product distribution:
    • Products will be distributed under this program to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
    • Recipient organizations may not transfer or resell TechBridge products.
