Can't remember how you resolved a computer error the last time it appeared? Struggling to recall when the problem first started? Keeping organized records of technology issues as they arise can make it easier to diagnose them later, and can help you remember how you resolved a problem should it come up again.
This simple worksheet provides fields to help you track information about problems and attempted solutions for your computer systems, with additional space for recording the contact information of the person who helped you resolve issues in the past. A sample entry will help you get started.
