As many of you know, TechSoup recently experienced an unplanned service outage. This resulted when suspicious activity had been causing instability within our web pages. In response, we quickly pulled down our sites and services. We soon learned that this instability was due to a SQL Injection attack. For the safety of all of our customers and viewers, we strongly recommend a series of precautionary actions for those who may have visited our site between 8:00PM PDT, Tuesday August 5, 2008 and 7:45AM PDT, Wednesday August 6, 2008.
