Penny Talbert is the Executive Director at the Ephrata Public Library. She's developed the course "Community Librarianship" for Rutgers University and was an Adjunct Instructor at Reading Area Community College teaching Internet Research Strategies. Stephanie Zimmerman is the Training & Development Coordinator for the Library System of Lancaster County.  She loves helping people to become the best version of themselves.  Removing one’s fears through learning about the amazing possibilities in life is her goal.  She has a passion for emerging technologies and blogs at
