Speaker Information 

Dean Graham is the Senior Manager of Application Services at NPower PA, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit that is part of a national affiliate network whose mission is to support nonprofits and their use of technology. Dean is responsible for managing a diverse array of projects including database and web design, strategic technology planning, application selection, and business continuity planning.

Dean is a certified Business Continuity Planner and is a Salesforce.com certified administrator and nonprofit user group leader. He is a multiple presenter at NTEN and has spoken at numerous other conferences about nonprofit technology.
