Main initiative

Nonprofits in Second Life

TechSoup operates a community using the 3D virtual world of Second Life to help nonprofits, NGOs, charities and other mission-based organizations to achieve their missions. Our Nonprofit Commons in Second Life houses social benefit organizations from around the world, and is managed by a community of volunteers under the leadership of TechSoup.

TechSoup Digital Storytelling

Nonprofits and libraries can use digital storytelling to reach new audiences, attract donors, and demonstrate impact. To support nonprofits and libraries in growing their digital storytelling skills, TechSoup provides resources and educational content all year long, and an annual challenge combining friendly competition with expert instruction.
