Email is the best way to get in touch with us. Be sure to include your full name, and your organization's Employer or Tax Identification Number or your Donation Request number in your communication. We should be able to respond to your email in 3-5 business days.
TechSoup Client Services is open Monday — Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Pacific time), and Friday from 8 a.m. to noon (Pacific time). Please call for urgent matters regarding problems placing, canceling, or making payment for a donation request. For best service, please mention your organization's EIN, Tax ID Number, or your TechSoup Donation Request Number when you get in touch with us.
